Please ensure that you read the Pre-Order Policy before placing an order

When placing an order for items which are for Pre-Order with LPCards, all other item(s) in your basket will be dispatched at the same time with your Pre-order items. 

For example if you place item(s) for Pre-order in your basket as well as any item(s) which are currently in stock, you will have to wait until the latest release date of the Pre-order item(s) to be come available before all item(s) will be dispatched.

If you require or want in-stock item(s) sooner then the latest release date please place a separate order for these item(s).  

LPCards will be in contact with individuals who may have placed a Pre-order with multiple release dates to ensure you have the understanding of these policy and to support with any changes which the individual may require. 

If orders are place and do not abide by purchase limits specified on item(s) listed, you will be charged a cancellation fee, unless the remaining credit is used on other stock item(s) within the store. Please be aware that if a cancellation or refund is being issued, you will be charged for delivery if the remaining item(s) fall below the free delievery threshold.

Cancellation policy 

All orders will be charged to your preferred method of payment immediately upon check out. 

All orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatched. If your order has been dispatched and you have requested for a refund you will have return the item(s) back to LPCards in the same condition as you received it in before a refund can be processed or accepted. 

However they will be subjected to a cancellation fee. 

This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Current cancellation fees:

Paypal - 4%

Other methods of payment- 3%

By placing a pre-order with LPCard, you have understood and agreed with these policies and terms.
