Due to us being the one of the cheapest online tcg supplier we have to charge a certain premium on delivery. We wont ever overcharge on delivery. We are currently seeing how delivery prices work and hope to adjust free delivery charge in the future

Delivery Times:
Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday, except during public holidays, orders placed before 3pm on weekdays are shipped the same day, before 12pm on Saturday, orders placed after 12pm Saturday will be shipped on Monday.
Please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery in the UK.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, due to delivery companies excessive parcel delivery as busy time, LP Cards will only be in a position to resend or refund UK orders after a period of 14 days has passed. International deliveries will be different
Order Acceptance:
An order is considered to be accepted when it is dispatched.
Order Dispatch:
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are shipped the same day, before 12pm Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
Cancelling an order:
If you wish to change or cancel an order before despatch please contact us at lpcardsuk@yahoo.com.
It would be helpful if you could have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
We attempt to process orders immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 28 days of delivery.
If you wish to cancel the order within 28 calendar days after delivery, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of delivery but not the cost of returning the item to us. Again please either let us know via email or by using our contact form.
Orders from outside the EU
Please be aware that orders placed from outside the EU are likely to attract import taxes/duty at the rate specified by the receiving countries tax authorities, the customer is entirely responsible for these costs and LP Cards will not accept returns on grounds of unpaid import duties. Should an order be returned to us for this reason the customer will be billed for any additional costs that we incur.
Pre-orders
We will always endeavour to ensure pre-orders are received by the customer on day of release but depending on circumstances this may not always be possible.
Release dates for pre-orders are not guaranteed and are sometimes subject to change.
Returns policy & procedure:
We are pretty certain that you will be happy with any product purchased from us but if you wish to return an item to us then we’ll try to make it as easy as we can. If you would like to return an item, please let us know within 28 days of the date of delivery.
We will provide an address for return and refund the price of the item and cost of delivery to the purchaser, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser except where the items in question are faulty.
If an item arrives damaged we will arrange to replace it at our cost with 14 days of delivery, including the costs you incur in returning it to us.
We will keep you informed about the progress of any replacement products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Procedure for exchanging or returning an item:
If you would like to request a return, please send an email to us at, lpcardsuk@yahoo.com, outlining the item you would like to return, your original order number and our product code. Please tell us if you would like the product exchanged or refunded.
We will provide an address for return and refund the price of the item and cost of delivery to the purchaser, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser except where the items in question are faulty.
Please package the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer’s original packaging if available, and remember to enclose all the individual items that combine to make the product complete.
All returns must be returned in original packaging, still sealed (if sealed item sold), any labels/stickers and returned is the same condition as received from LPCards.
If any products are returned and not complying with the information above a refunded will not be processed
Once we have received and processed the returned item we will process the refund or despatch the replacement item.
